If you relocated the Cellar to New York or Chicago it do well.One of the best places to get a steak in the area. The prices are reasonable in my opinion based on many other larger city restaurants that I've been to.
Can be a little tight on space since they sometimes pack the people in. Seems like there could have been some explanation or apology. Cooked perfectly and so tender.
It definitely lived up to the hype! The Cellar didn't feel at all cozy - almost too loud to visit with my husband.
About 17 very happy people came waltzing in with drinks in hand and proceeded to be extremely noisy for the rest of our visit. My wife had the Fried Chicken with steak fries for her side.
Great food and great service.We were here for a group Christmas party and for a nice dinner with another couple recently and they were wonderful. We had Julie C as our waitress so be sure to ask for her.

The crispy hash browns with cheese are a local favorite and I really enjoy the French onion soup.I've been here a few times before and every time the service and the food has been nothing less than amazing. We ordered the filet tips and the combo meal of filet mignon and fried catfish. I've paid much more at other places for a steak that wasn't nearly as good. Waitress was busy, I'll admit, but we felt we would have to demand to be seated elsewhere esp. My steak was cook perfectly and the wine hit the spot.

Have eaten here several times for family events and each time I come away satisfied, but always wanting more. Easily the best restaurant in Geneseo. It was crowded in the first room, the quiet additional room was halfway empty.
We have had many meals there and never had one that wasn’t awesome! Browse The chicken livers, filet and lobster tail are amazing!Elevator available at street level. !I have been to the Cellar many, many times over the years and never once had bad customer service.
