The Warden insists that his inmates are civilized, which the Mistress doubts. A "Guilty" caption flashes on the TV, and it transforms into Jailbot, who swings Jacknife by his tongue (and causes one of his shoes to fly off and gouge another man's eye).

The Warden wonders if the new arrivals are "immigrants", though Jared replies that they're women.
He adds that he'll win her ladies, or she'll win his jail. The Twins teleport to another part of the gymnasium and find a pipe filled with mud. Within a few bites, the female inmates are driven wild by a hormonal imbalance that urges them to chase down their male counterparts for sex.
He touches the screen, which changes to ask if he'd like to see a naked woman. He offers for her to shake on it, but he pops a false hand off and laughs at her.
As the Warden takes Jared, the Mistress, and her assistant The Warden tells the Mistress that he's had dreams of incarceration since childhood, though she claims that she doesn't dream, as there's no time. After the first season ended, the show sat in limbo for nearly a year before [Adult Swim] announced its renewal. Angry at the sight of Alice and Bruce, the Warden demands that the Mistress explain herself. ("Thanks for the great sex, LOSER.") But the Warden refuses and slaps her on the rear, insisting that the Ultraprison women are too unrefined for his "high-class" Superjail. Regardless, the status quo is always restored by the next episode unless the episode is a multi-part one. She then winds up bitten by a pack of the Spanish flies, while one flies into Nova's system. The opening sequence then plays with Jailbot transporting Jacknife to Superjail, all while the show's theme song plays in the background.

Beginning with the second season, the creators modified the format of the series to focus more on character development and story, as imagined by a revised writing staff. The second-season premiere "Best Friends Forever" demonstrated an immediate break from the first season's template, focusing the episode on Jailbot and Jacknife as opposed to the Warden, setting half of the episode outside of the prison, and lacking an extended murder sequence in the climax. Some episode plots have no resolutions at all, with the story simply stopping when events have reached their most chaotic. Jailbot launches Jacknife into the street, where he's promptly run over by several vehicles and left lying as a splattered heap. The Warden's counterpart, Throughout the grand tour of Superjail however, the Mistress continually makes snide comments about the size and nature of the prison. 1:45. Elsewhere, the Spanish flies relax. Jailbot gets up, his screen flashing a red "HIV" caption.
Alice and Bruce watch the carnage and then start to beat each other up, believing it to be the other's fault.
The now-horny Mistress slams Warden on the table, and starts to act sexually-dominant towards him (to his horror). While Jared shows Cherice his favorite spot at Superjail, the ball (appropriately named "Lockdown of Love") gets into swing in a gymnasium overhead.
Elsewhere, Jared tries to demonstrate table etiquette to the Superjail inmates, but fails to get them to listen.
