I have spent hours being bounced from department to department with no resolution. The bed just wasn't the sleep experience we wanted, and attributed it to these changes.I called Macy's to return the mattress, and about 40 minutes later I actually got through to a live person. I will try again today to see if I can get though.We bought a leather couch from the Macy's furniture store. The salesman Eric was knowledgeable and assisted us without pressuring us to purchase. The selection of furniture is humongous! This will ensure a faster experience and that all functions and features are available.
So--I got my voucher, and basically, the process is so laborious and rigged that I'll probably just throw the voucher/money away. This is a huge amount of money, and should have been disclosed.This protection plan is a scam. Everything should be good, I returned all the items to the shipping company and told Macy's thank you but no thank you. I'll NEVER buy furniture here again. This experience and their furniture options are far more higher end than I remember.We purchased a bed set mid-January and are really starting to regret it. So happy we made our furniture purchase here and we will be returning again for more furniture. We compared the mattress tags, and saw that while the type of materials were the same, the percentages of the materials had changed.

The salesman said this delivery company is far superior to their own Macy's delivery, what a sucker I was! You can't shop online with the voucher--something I learned after a few hours of trying to figure out how the voucher works. The tech measured a 1/2 inch dip thus deeming that the mattress was not deflective. And, basically, it's set up so that you MUST purchase a BIG ticket item--like a mattress or expensive rug.
