***Edit: after reading the other reviews I saw that multiple other people who purchased halo leggings experienced the same thing. Never had any problems with contacting customer service (I think some people are contacting wrong email or something) and I LOVE everything I’ve ever bought my #1 favorite fitness company After months of back and forth, all I have gotten is a gift card for 50% of the amount of what I paid for the shorts which is absolutely ridiculous, and I feel like I have been robbed. Today while I was working out the leg seam near the crotch area ripped to the point where I cannot wear them anymore. Therefore I would have to act fast to get another item in my size before it would sell out.

Terrible customer service honestly and I will not be returning Ordered over $200 of authentic clothing and passed the delivery date. You can honestly get better quality stuff on Amazon. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt and assume I just got a faulty pair if I didn't see so many other people on here having the exact same issue. They said there was a piece of hair on them. I cannot rate these leggings as I ordered them at the end of April and still have not received them. Horrible customer service.
