The big question I see in your mastery setup is how resilient her defense is -- if you aren't having trouble keeping her alive, going into the Offense tree will definitely speed up your clear time, but I found with Sinesha that she needed every bit of defense I could cram into her gear and masteries.Great guide, thanks for your hard work. Also with the amount of defence and HP she needs to proc counterattack, she can't take the big Spider's AoEs reliably, so you need to have attack down on the big spider.High speed is vitally important here, it clears posions faster and gives you guaranteed turns, which equals heals. It turned out that other than hitting the speed/ACC thresholds and having enough HP that the spiderlings don't see them as low-hanging fruit, gearing the team was relatively straightforward and even a bit lenient—other than Sinesha.Getting enough stats on the tank to keep her from dying continues to be the biggest gearing challenge of the fight for me; I stopped where I did because I finished the progress mission, but would like to continue to refine the formula with better gear to raise my win rate even higher (Psylar still needs a tome for the final CD reduction on her A3, too).I'm happy to field any questions about my setup—I think it's a pretty resilient way to tackle the fight that solves it without the specific champion requirements I've seen beating the fight so far.

But in the last 6 weeks, I got Coldheart, reinbeast, skullcrusher, steelskull, vrask, alure and then apothecary. My current Spider Team is struggling to beat even Spider 15 on Auto consistently as I used to rely on my AOE to clear Spiderlings but past Level 14 my Bellower and Queen Eva can no longer be relied upon to OS Spiderlings. I haven't found the poisons a big deal, but I've gone for much higher defence that Stew ( ~3000 ) and less HP ( 18k ).
