I can't think of anything about the apartment, location, or amenities that justified the price for a one-bedroom apartment. Location does not offer so much but Walmart and target are within 4 miles.

Mill Creek Marina is in a prime location for fine dining options on Shelter Island and the North and South forks of Long Island.
