Went into the novel with no expectation that it was a not only a Dungeon Core type story but also a Cultivation tale (the latter typically associated with Chinese fantasy martial arts i.e. The only thing keeping the process from being easy is the Beasts that inhabit these places. Like to watch people doing their walk through... not because they're stuck int heir own game... but to watch... the game. Firstly books like slim dungeon and litrpgs are actually based on novels from Korea and japan, which in turn were based around actually video game concepts so honestly none of them are ripoffs its just a sub genre, in this case Dungeon core. I usually love Dungeon Core LitRPG but I think this one suffered a little bit for not being one of the first ones I've come across.
