It is very hard to get in touch with customer support. maybe making a drop down that allows you to sort from oldest to newest listing or maybe more recent listing. I love using this app to sell things as it is easy and the process is safe as most if not all transactions are authenticated through PayPal however it is not always a good experience when buying on this platform as there are many fake items and some sellers are just rude and do not give you what you paid for.
