Rodeo officials say that a ticket refund process […] The 88th annual Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo has been cancelled amidst coronavirus concerns. We are deeply saddened by the recent closing of the 2020 Rodeo and the impact this has had on our livestock and horse show exhibitors. We thank our exhibitors for their support of the Rodeo. However, attendees are required to wear masks and limited to two per party due to limited space.Ongoing construction closures continue for the West Loop at 59 SW Frwy. The Rodeo is deeply saddened.
Houston Rodeo Canceled: Updates on Refunds & Scholarships Having to close early is extremely difficult as guests, volunteers, exhibitors, rodeo athletes, and entertainers look forward to the 20 days of the Rodeo each year. The School Art and Junior Market online auctions will be held Friday, March 20, beginning at 10 a.m. through Saturday, March 21 at 7 p.m.
The Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo announced in a release Friday that it extended the deadline to receive a refund for half-price carnival packs. If someone had 100 tickets remaining, they will see 120 next year when they come to the Carnival.For those seeking a refund on unused half-priced ride and game tickets, you will need to make sure you have registered their Carnival Packs in the Rodeo Carnival App. Or, a refund can be requested and will be completed by April 30. Once the request for refund has been processed, all half-price tickets and coupons will automatically be removed from your account. Still, money will be lost. They will be announcing hours specifically to handle Half-Price Carnival Ticket Sales issues at some point in April. They can rollover their balance to the 2021 season.
For students who were not able to scramble because of the Show cancellation, we will be holding a random drawing for these Calf Scramble certificates. Exhibitors in the following shows/auctions will receive premiums in mid to late summer: Ticket holders can request a refund or donate the cost of the tickets to the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
